Bio: Dawn Cook is a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner with over 45 years’ experience as a registered nurse and 12 years as a life care planner. She has prepared over 800 life care planning reports and over 550 past medical bill reports and has worked in 35 states. She has testified over 200 times including 21 trials, since becoming a life care planner in 2012, for both defense and plaintiff cases. Dawn has testified as a life care planner in Federal Court for Illinois, New Mexico and Oregon and State Court in her home state Nevada, as well as California, Iowa, Georgia and New Mexico . She has testified in state court as a medical bill reviewer in California, New Mexico and Nevada.
