Bio: Jennifer Crowley, BSN, RN, CLCP, CADDCT, CDP, CMC, has been a registered nurse for 30 years. She is a certified life care planner and certified care manager. She owns Eagleview West, a care management and consulting company serving northwest Montana. She is the author of “7 Steps to Long-Term Care Planning” and coauthor of the recently released book entitled “The Life Care Management Handbook.” Along with coauthor and cofounder Shanna Huber, she cofounded The Life Care Management Institute.

Shanna Huber, MSN/Ed, RN, CCM, CLCP, CNLCP, CMC, has been a registered nurse for 26 years. She is the owner of Ripple Life Care Planning, a private care management practice, and owner of My Junna Software, a client management software for care managers who need a system dedicated to their specific needs. Shanna and coauthor Jennifer Crowley recently published the Life Care Management Handbook for individuals who want to start or grow a private care management practice. Shanna is cofounder of The Life Care Management Institute.
