The Nursing Process is the foundation for our methodology as we build our Nurse Life Care Plans.  This is not your everyday basic review of the nursing process!  Wendie will give us the language to refute a Daubert Challenge, provide insight into how our foundation gives us the power, as NURSES, to make recommendations and stand firm upon that foundation.
Objectives:

1. Describe RN life care planner language to refute a Daubert challenge on methodology and foundation
2. Have a working knowledge of the purposes and strengths of NANDA-I nursing diagnosis for this purpose
3. State why this knowledge will increase confidence when giving testimony in deposition or trial
