Linda Graham has been a Life Care Planner since 1986. She is a Certifed Life Care Planner and a Certifed Nurse Life Care Planner. She has prepared over 2000 life care plans and has testifed in court hundreds of times.

She works with both plaintif and defense attorneys. Recently she challenged herself to create a visual method for presenting life care plans, and in 2018, she developed Living Life Care Plans, a visual supplement to the written life care plan.
