Brad Schaeffer brings extensive expertise in trial consulting, having previously served as the Executive Director of Trial Structure, where he collaborated with trial attorneys nationwide. In January 2024, he transitioned all consulting operations in-house to Ilya Law, where he now leads the consulting division.

With a comprehensive approach to case development, Brad works closely with attorneys from the earliest stages, shaping and framing cases for maximum impact. His hands-on involvement includes: Witness Preparation: Guiding witnesses through depositions and trial preparations to ensure they deliver truthful, persuasive, and confident testimonies. Focus Groups: Designing and conducting highly effective focus groups to extract valuable insights that refine case strategies. Client Empowerment: Building trust and comfort with clients while preparing them to excel in the courtroom environment.

Brad’s overarching mission is to hold the defense accountable when they refuse to be responsible. Through his innovative methods, he provides trial attorneys with the tools and insights necessary to secure justice for their clients.
