President Elect and Treasurer Election

Ann Gowing - President Elect

My name is Anne Gowing and I have been a Registered Nurse over 30 years and have been a Nurse Life Care Planner since the early 2000s. I have my own company RN Law Inc, and that was formulated in the early 2000s. My education is a Diploma RN program originally in Canada, and when I moved to the US in 1985, I had to rewrite boards and become registered in the state of Florida. I now have a Compact RN licence. I have a Life Care Planning Certification/CNLCP, Certified Rehab RN/CRRN as well as MSCC. I have worked for other RN LCPs as a subcontractor or as their employee. I have also worked for CMS in review and approval of MSAs. Currently I am working in my own company and do my own LCPs as well as I subcontract with other RN LCPs.

I am interested in becoming involved in the AANLCP. I see the involvement as furthering my knowledge and providing new learning on subjects I may have little knowledge of. It will give me an opportunity to give back and help new LCPers. I welcome the chance to help mentor and recruit new members into the AANLCP. I feel my years of life care planning and field case management will assist me in functioning in the position and I know I will have fantastic mentorship.

Kimberly Reen - Treasurer

Kimberly is a member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP), where she participates in the research committee. I’m honored to be nominated to be part of the executive board. As I continue to grow in this industry, I’ve been looking for ways to become more active. I’m very organized and detail-oriented and feel that the role of treasurer would suit me well. Thank you for the consideration.
