Dr. Jenn Craigmyle is a distinguished expert in nursing, med-legal consultation, and life care planning with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from West Coast University and a Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed) from Western Governors University. As the founder of Craigmyle Legal Nurse Services LLC now operating as InVision Life Care Planning, she has provided exceptional legal nurse consulting, case management, and medical record review services since 2012. Her clinical experience includes critical care and admissions roles at Loma Linda University Medical Center, demonstrating her leadership and expertise in healthcare.
An active member of organizations such as AANLCP and IARP, Jenn has contributed to advancing her field through committee work and mentorship. She was honored with the AANLCP Distinguished Service Award in 2021 for her outstanding contributions. Jenn’s scholarly achievements include a DNP project on Lawton IADL and Nurse Life Care Planning and teaching roles at Chaffey College and UC Riverside. Dedicated to service, she has mentored graduate students and participates in professional development initiatives, solidifying her reputation as a leader and innovator in healthcare and life care planning.

Erin T. OConnell is a distinguished figure in life care planning, recognized with the 2020 AANLCP® Distinguished Service Award and the 2021 AANLCP Ambassador Award. With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, and has practiced in a wide range of specialties, including case management, long-term care, acute care, rehabilitation, emergency medicine, and radiology. In 2012, she transitioned to case management and consulting, becoming a certified nurse life care planner in 2016 to better address projected future care needs.
As a dedicated member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planning (AANLCP), Ms. OConnell served as president from August 2018 to December 2020 and is currently a past president. She co-chairs the Research Committee, spearheading initiatives to support and advance life care planning, and chairs the Mentorship Program.
